Yes. All CandyCandy products are fully edible and produced in line with applicable food safety regulations. We print using edible sugar sheets, a food-grade printer, and food-grade edible ink. Every component used in our customised candy is safe for consumption.

Yes. A selection of flavours and colours is available depending on the order size.

Q: How long does production take?
Standard turnaround time is typically 7–10 working days once print-ready artwork has been received. Urgent orders may be accommodated where possible.

Q: Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We courier nationwide across South Africa.

Q: Which courier do you use and how is delivery calculated?
We use The Courier Guy as our third-party courier partner. Delivery fees are calculated based on the weight of the final packaged order and the delivery destination.

Q: Do you offer dietary-friendly options?
Yes, including low-sugar options. Availability depends on the product variant.

Q: Can we reorder the same design later?
