By placing an order with CandyCandy, you agree to the terms below:

Product Descriptions

We aim to display products accurately. Slight variations in colour or design may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products and variations in screens.

Custom Designs

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Uploaded images are clear

• Text is spelled correctly

• Colours and artwork selections are final

We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Payments

All payments must be made through the provided payment gateways (Payfast or card). Orders are only processed once payment is confirmed.

Order Cancellations

Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Use of Images

CandyCandy may use photos of completed products for marketing unless the customer requests otherwise before production.
