Delivery Options

• Tracking details will be shared once your parcel is dispatched.

Production Time

Custom-made lollipops require additional preparation time due to design, artwork approval, and drying time.
Large orders may take slightly longer, and we will update you if needed.

Delivery Issues

CandyCandy is not responsible for delays caused by couriers once the package has been handed over.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it within 24 hours with photos.
