At CandyCandy, we take great care when preparing every order. All custom-made products are created based on your chosen artwork, colours, flavours, and designs.
Custom Orders
Custom-made lollipops and personalised items are non-refundable, as they are made specifically for each customer.
However, if there is an issue with your order (for example: incorrect quantity or incorrect design), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Include clear photos so that we can assist.
Ready-Made Products
Ready-made products may be eligible for a refund or replacement if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
Incorrect Delivery Details
We cannot refund or replace orders where incorrect addresses or contact details were provided.
